Local Applications preferred. Working 5 days out of 7 with 1 day at the weekend.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, assist customers with orders, modifications and cancellations in a professional manner, with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
