Customer Service Assistants

to join our Glasgow-based team. This is a

full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently Maintaining high standards of customer care at all times Updating customer records and handling basic administrative tasks Working collaboratively within a supportive customer service team Representing the company in a positive and professional way
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable working on-site in Glasgow, Monday to Friday Basic computer and organisational skills Willingness to learn and develop --
