Your Role:

As the first friendly face our explorers meet, you'll:

Offer a warm welcome and answer curious questions. Work in admissions or retail, helping guests get their day started swimmingly. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, educational and unforgettable experience. Share your passion for the weird, wonderful and totally gross creatures of the ocean.

Whether you're helping someone choose the perfect souvenir or sharing fun facts about our animals, you'll be at the heart of the action.


This is a seasonal contract offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

Friendly, hardworking, and full of energy - with a big "can-do" attitude. A natural communicator with excellent listening and motivational skills. Experienced in customer-facing roles and confident in upselling and promoting products. Dynamic, fun, and ready to dive in to make every guest's day extra special!
