We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be folding and packing our embroidery orders, folding bathrobes and towels. You will be responsible for processing customer returns and resolving any issues with returns, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. You will also be assisting with customer services, answering phone calls and emails. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organised, tidy and has a passion for helping others.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Sort through all returns and keep all paperwork clearly filed and organised
Neatly fold bathrobes and towels and ensure they are in immaculate condition to send to customers
