We're hiring Front of House Hosts at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, where the wildlife is as curious as our guests!

As a Front of House Host, you'll:

Be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and providing information about their visit. Assist with admissions, ensuring the correct ticket type is processed and maximizing visitor spends. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the admissions and retail areas. Help stock retail displays and assist with sales, promoting SEA LIFE-related products. Deliver entertaining talks and assist with events, school bookings, and birthday parties. Handle guest queries, ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.

These seasonal, part-time roles offer flexible hours, making them ideal for weekends, school holidays, or anyone looking for a fun and dynamic job in Cornwall.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in customer-facing roles with a friendly, can-do attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with visitors of all ages. Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak holiday periods. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a fun, dynamic environment.
