We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, hard working team. This role will be based in our shop in Rushlake Green and in our new shop in Heathfield.
Duties
Serving customers at the till.
Serving customers at the Post Office counter (training will be given).
Ensuring that the shelves are well stocked, tidy and clean.
Opening and closing the shop.
Dealing with supplier deliveries.
Updating the Epos system with new products and price changes.
Requirements
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Able to lift heavy items such as beer and milk crates etc.
Must be able to accommodate flexible hours as some shifts start at 7am and some end at 7pm.
Must be prepared to work some weekends.
Must be able to work unsupervised at times.
Must be computer literate
