We have exciting opportunities for two Customer Service Assistants to join us at our Highbridge convenience store.
The positions will be for:
8 hours per week
Friday and Saturday: 1800-2200
Shift patterns are non-contractual and may be subject to change.
Please note that manual handling is an essential part of the job.
The role of the Customer Service Assistant can be wide ranging with duties ranging from stock replenishment, till operation, to merchandising, bakery and complaint handling.
To ensure that we deliver the best customer service we offer a comprehensive training programme to develop colleague potential.
If you aspire to develop a career within the Society, there are various trainee schemes available.
You will need to be flexible in terms of working hours and days and willing to work additional hours as and when required to cover busy/peak trading periods and staff absence/holidays.
