Job Summary  
We are an e-commerce business trading in the Mobility and Healthcare products sector. We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
 Responsibilities  
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk  
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and technical queries  
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail essential.  
- Able to pick up technical knowledge quickly to help resolve customer issues.

 Experience  
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable in the care sector ideally  
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work as part of a team and alone  
- Experience with Zendesk and Teams desirable but not essential as training will be given  
- Proficiency in data entry and using customer service software  
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
