We're looking for a friendly, reliable
Customer Service Assistant
to join our team and help us continue to provide top-quality support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for any in-coming calls, responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email,
Maintain customer records and update information as required.
Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Be flexible to the needs of the business and assist other departments
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Enjoys helping people and can stay calm under pressure.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Has basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Previous experience in customer service or print knowledge is preferred but not essential
