Job Summary

This role involves engaging with clients via phone and other communication channels, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A multilingual background is highly desirable, particularly in Spanish and English, to cater to our diverse clientele.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns. Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls in a courteous manner. Utilise strong communication skills to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that may benefit the customer. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all interactions.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required. Multilingual abilities are advantageous; bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English will be given preference. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is beneficial.
