We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant, with or without prior convenience retail experience. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking candidates to join us on this journey.
If you have experience in fuel convenience, great! However, if you don't, don't worry--full training will be provided. We supply uniforms, personal and online training, and encouragement in the role, as there are plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service in a varied role
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- The drive and energy to achieve targets
- A warm and friendly personality
- A team player who enjoys winning
- A keen eye for detail and high standards
- Flexibility and a clear understanding of shift work
- A "can-do" attitude towards multitasking and enjoyment of a busy environment
This role is varied and includes tasks such as forecourt observation, authorizing fuel pumps, cash handling, merchandising, maintaining housekeeping standards, and providing outstanding service to our customers every day.
