Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Sessions Meat Supplies Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food industry. Strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with data entry and order processing systems is desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
