Join Our Team as a Customer Service Assistant - Kinloss Barracks, IV36 3UH
Aramark UK is on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated team at Kinloss Barracks. If you're enthusiastic about food, customer service, and working in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in both food preparation and front-of-house service:

• Prepare fresh grab-and-go items like sandwiches, wraps, and paninis.
• Serve customers with a smile, operate tills, and handle cash transactions.
• Make hot and cold drinks and serve food at counters.
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas.
• Manage the bar independently, including mixing drinks, restocking, and applying Challenge 25 protocols.

What You'll Need:
Due to the nature of the site, applicants must:

• Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Be 18+ (due to bar responsibilities).
• Have reliable transport - public transport is limited in the area.

Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is desirable, but full training will be provided.
