Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Salary: 22,000 - 26,000 (depending on experience)

The Role



We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service Assistant to join our close-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers and internal teams alike.

You will play a crucial role in supporting both our customers and the business operations team. Strong project management and organisational skills are essential, as you will frequently liaise across departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day customer service enquiries via phone and email (B2C & B2B) Manage customer orders from processing through to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery Coordinate between multiple internal teams (sales, production, warehouse, and design) to resolve queries and maintain smooth workflows Maintain accurate customer records, order logs, and reporting using Excel and company systems Monitor stock levels and liaise with warehouse and supply chain partners as needed Manage customer returns, replacements, and resolve any delivery or product issues in a professional and empathetic manner Assist with general office administration and support wider business projects when required

About You



Proven customer service experience in a busy office environment Strong project management skills -- able to prioritise, coordinate, and follow through on multiple tasks Proficient with Microsoft Excel (comfortable with spreadsheets, data entry, simple reporting) Exceptional communication skills -- polite, calm, and professional at all times Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and managing varied workloads Attention to detail with strong administrative skills
