Key responsibilities
Manage and respond to inquiries from both B2B and B2C customers via phone and email
Provide timely solutions and support, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Skills:
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Experience in customer service environment
Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently
