What You'll Do

Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers across phone, email, and in person Resolve queries, handle complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction Process orders, returns, and general admin tasks efficiently Collaborate with the wider team to improve customer experience Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to every day

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and people skills Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a customer service, retail, reception or office-based role is a bonus - but not essential Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work independently Reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term role
