Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and help deliver seamless client experiences. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner. Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing activities, ensuring that clients are informed and engaged every step of the way. Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored support and anticipating their needs to enhance satisfaction. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve service and optimize the customer journey across different campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

A strong communicator who can adapt your tone to different clients and situations. A self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. A collaborative team player with a passion for customer service and a flair for sales. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a sales and marketing environment, though we're happy to train the right candidate. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
