St James treats is a small dessert parlour based in the heart of London. We've been open for over 5 years and have a passion for desserts, we produce a huge range of desserts which are all included on your 4-Day training schedule once employed with us!

Customer Service Rep/Kitchen hand

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers from the till to a table
- Handling in-store, delivery & takeaway orders simultaneously.
- Make a wide range of desserts.
- Cleaning dishes
- Cleaning tables when customers have left
- Work alongside a team to ensure efficiency of work
- General replenishment of stock & fresh produce daily

- Upselling skills to promote additional products & increase average order value
