Hurleyburley is an online jewellery and leather accessories company specialising in personalised products with a reputation for quality and excellent customer service.
We are currently located at Hatton Wall, Central London.
You will be required to process orders and to answer customer enquiries across a several digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
*Processing orders
Responding promptly to customer enquiries via e-mail and telephone.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Communicating and co-ordinating with colleagues, and other teams, where necessary.
Processing returns.
Attributes:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
A positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Normal work pattern Monday 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Tuesday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
