Duties

Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Promote products and services through effective upselling strategies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English, are highly valued.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify solutions.
