The role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring every interaction is a positive one. From handling enquiries and supporting sales to resolving issues quickly and efficiently, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Engaging with customers face-to-face and over the phone Delivering professional, helpful and friendly support Assisting with sales processes and ensuring smooth transactions Working as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed targets Building strong relationships and maintaining a customer-first approach

What we're looking for:

Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
