Customer Service Assistants

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with enquiries, purchases, and product advice. Delivering a positive, professional, and friendly experience in every interaction. Handling transactions and processing orders with accuracy. Supporting the wider team with administration, stock, and daily tasks. Working in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and team targets.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills. A proactive, problem-solving attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure. Team player who is flexible, reliable, and eager to learn. Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is useful, but not essential -- training will be provided.
