Driving Licence - The successful candidate should hold a full clean driving licence as you will be required to drive a vehicle adhering to council regulations.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Business Support Team as one of two Customer Service Assistants, on a permanent basis.
The role of Customer Service Assistant is critical in providing the front of house operation, ensuring that we deliver first-class customer service throughout the year for our millions of visitors, as well as supporting the wider park team.
As the first, and sometimes only, person to interact with our visitors, you will play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming first impression. You will ensure that face to face, telephone and email enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. You will also support the back-office functions that are associated with the Heaton Park operation.
You should have experience of working in a busy reception or other customer service role and should have strong IT skills. The role will also involve contact with stakeholders, partners, contractors and event organisers etc. You must be flexible to work unsocial hours, including weekends and evenings to meet the needs of the service, which attracts a 10% flexibility payment. You must also be willing to apply for a DBS check.
You will be part of a team that supports the operation of Heaton Park and the delivery of the plan for Heaton Park that seeks to make it one of the best visitor destinations in the North West.
