Customer Services Assistant



Newton Abbot Leisure Centre

10 hours per week averaged over 2 weeks

Thursday 6.00 - 13:00 and every other Sunday 13:30 -19:30

13.47 - 13.90 per hour

Additional casual hours can be offered across all Teignbridge Leisure sites (Dawlish Leisure Centre, Newton Abbot Leisure Centre and Broadmeadow Sports Centre).

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Service Assistant Team at Teignbridge Leisure.

As the friendly face of our leisure centres, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping us live by our values:

Your role will include:

Welcoming customers and answering their questions. Responding to emails and phone calls. Assisting customers with our app and website. Making every visit a positive experience.

To be successful in this role, you will:



Have previous experience in a customer-facing role. Enjoy helping people and supporting your customers by being patient, level-headed and calm under pressure. Enjoy solving problems, finding creative solutions to difficult challenges. Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally, and in writing.
