Skills
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
