BOCS Self Storage are pleased to announce a new location in BANGOR and need two new part time Customer Service Assistants.
The position is to carry out the day-to-day operations as part of a team. You will work with colleagues on site and on your own looking after the branch.
This is a part-time role with minimum contracted hours of 16 per week, two days of 8 hours. Additionally, you should be able to work Saturdays (1 in 2) for 6 hours and be able to cover holidays for other members of staff.
The rate of pay is above minimum wage. Induction and full training will take place in Mochdre, in preparation for the opening day. Travel expenses will be paid for training.
We are a bi-lingual organisation.
The person
We're looking for someone who is professional, patient, numerate and with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be very reliable, honest and dependable. We need maturity and personality to fit in easily with a small, hardworking and close-knit team. An important part of the role is selling our services and promotion of the company. An excellent telephone manner is needed, and confidence with all customers.
Many of our customers rely on us to take the stress out of big events in their lives, such as moving house and changing circumstances, so empathy and patience and good listening skills are key attributes in the role.
