Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Penrith. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth communication between our clients and delivery operations.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide information about our services and assist customers with their needs.
Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
Assist in data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with data entry processes.
Experience in upselling or cross-selling is preferred.
