Customer service Assistant:
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem solving skills. you should be efficient,hardworking, adaptable and well organised.
Responsibilities:
-Creating customer orders, processing and order fulfillment.Resolve wholesale customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Company's products and services to effectively assist wholesale customers and provide accurate information.
- Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behavior. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate more sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service and order fulfillment, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge with computer, shopify, Excel, Words.
- Keen to learn
