InXpress offer a wide range of delivery solutions and logistics services to thousands of businesses with a dedicated customer service approach. We're looking for a new team member to join our fast-paced office & close knit team.

About you

The successful candidate ideally will:

Possess a passion for providing excellent customer service, have strong communication skills and enjoy problem-solving. Have experience in a telephone-based customer service environment. Need to pick up new systems with ease and be computer literate. Be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise and is task driven.

The role

Intially the main responsibility will be to manage our shipping discrepancy report. This task will involve using Googledocs to maintain our semi-automated proactive tracking process. The candidate will be shown to use the carriers tracking sites to obtain further information before contacting our customer base to advise the reason behind the delayed shipment.

Responsibilities

Ensure that any discrepancies are dealt with in a timely fashion. Booking/quoting shipments. Liaising with suppliers. Assisting to maintain the business customer retention levels. Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer concerns. Contributing to a positive team culture. Demonstrating flexibility and collaboration towards meeting customer and business needs. Maintaining customer records & administrative tasks. Maintaining the business customer retention levels.
