Job Description

We are recruiting a Customer services/Administrator to join our team!

You will have to provide information, advice and guidance to learners by telephone, email and text, so you must have the ability to communicate in a confident, supportive, and motivating manner. You will be the first port of call for prospective students who may be nervous and apprehensive about returning to learning.

A good understanding of Social Media is needed as you will be responding to learners via Facebook, Instagram etc as well.

Highly accurate administration skills are a must as you will be dealing with spreadsheets and other data programmes in order to track and monitor enrolments and funding applications.

Knowledge of training and development is desirable, such as, previously working for a college or independent training provider; however, for the right candidate, there are opportunities to develop this.

You will be organised, efficient, and flexible in your working, be able to manage your time effectively and help with other admin tasks where necessary.

As we have 4 training centres there may be times it is necessary for you to do on site enrolments with learners, so an ability to travel is a must.

January start

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
