Customer Service Representative
Overview:

Duties:

- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to serve our diverse customer base
- Utilize strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Basic math skills for processing orders and transactions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Proven ability to upsell products or services
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Exceptional time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
