Customer Service Assistant
to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our services. If you are a great communicator who loves helping people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Identify and assess students' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate information about our education consultancy services.
Process information, applications, and manage student portal.
Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep detailed records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
Gather and share student feedback to help us improve our services and user experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
No Proven experience required, (if have any customer service, administrative assistant, or similar skills is a plus.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Patience and empathy when handling challenging situations.
Proficiency in English is required.
