Saturday 10am to 3pm

SALARY:

12.21 an hour

OUTLINE OF POST:



Answering the main switchboard phone and emails.

Taking referrals from clients, their family, and external service providers.

Providing information about all our services and signposting to external service providers.

General admin support.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service and the needs of the customers are met.

Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and the premises remain in a safe, secure, clean and serviceable condition, bringing to the attention of the Mobility Manager/ or member of the executive team such repairs and equipment as are required.

MAIN TASKS:



Answering the telephone, emails, and assisting visitors to the shop face-to-face, providing full knowledge of our services, other local options, and signposting accordingly. Preparing monitoring and evaluation reports as required. Recording all client contact on to Charitylog. Ensuring the smooth running of the service, including meet and greets, retail sales and processing of cash and card payments. Keeping accurate records of Shopmobility rentals and sales as specified by the mobility manager. Attending any training courses and team meetings as required to enhance the effectiveness of the post-holder and the organisation. Carrying out any other specified tasks that may be reasonably required by Management.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
