We have the opportunity to welcome a permanent Customer service Assistant to continue to support the efficient and smooth operations of our customer service provision.
About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will process and manage customer orders by entering and tracking sales orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities and delivery details.
With your passion for helping customers, you'll play a key role in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Your responsibilities will include liaising with internal teams as well as communicating with our customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
About you
You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with both customers and colleagues. Your attention to detail and positive can-do attitude is essential for ensuring accurate order processing, efficient inventory management and seamless coordination between sales, logistics and finance teams.
You are proficient in using Microsoft software including Excel, using your initiative and focusing on the task in hand to problem solve and navigate challenging situations effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks with ease.
