Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused
Customer Service Adviser
to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer enquiries, assist with basic technical queries, and support the onboarding process for new clients. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive fast, helpful, and professional service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with account queries and basic technical support, such as troubleshooting simple telecoms or broadband issues.
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, including placing orders and setting up services.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.
Accurately update customer records and order information in the CRM system.
Maintain excellent product knowledge across Switch Telecommunications' services to confidently assist customers.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and help build long-term client relationships.
Assist with admin tasks for the sales team
Key Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in telecoms, IT, or a similar sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Confident handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries.
Basic technical understanding of broadband, VoIP, or phone systems (training provided).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
