We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. A strong focus on communication and problem-solving is essential to succeed in this position.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues or escalate when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of phone etiquette.
Skills
Strong communication skill in English and multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette in all customer interactions.
Experience in upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
