As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and internal departments. You will process sales orders, manage enquiries via phone and email, and ensure our clients receive a high level of service from order to delivery. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the internal order management system.
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
Provide updates on order status, lead times, and deliveries.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, warehouse, logistics) to resolve queries and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
Assist with after-sales support including returns, replacements, and complaints handling.
Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance customer experience.
