Customer Service
Key Tasks
1. Customer Service - Trade and Consumer
- taking telephone orders
- dealing with customer enquiries and queries
- customer complaints
2. Sales Order Processing - Trade and Consumer
- Input orders onto Pegasus Opera (training given)
- Liaise with warehouse regarding orders
Progressing orders into invoices
- Emailing invoices to customers
3. Setting up customer account and obtaining credit checks and references for new customers
4. Responding to requests for samples
5. Telesales
6. General Office Duties: filing, shredding of documents, sending post etc....
Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic all-rounder with excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and a solid general understanding of MS office.
Anticipated start date of 5th May 2026.
Applicant must be able to work in both a team environment and on their own.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.20 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
