About the role

AAK BD Foods are seeking a Customer Service Assistant, an excellent opportunity for someone looming to further develop their skills. You will receive full training in all relevant areas and will provide support and assistance on a variety of administrative tasks within the department.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage customer service inboxes. Process new orders accurately and efficiently. Upload transport data into the system. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Conduct checks on orders and transportation details to ensure they are correct. Check deliveries have been made as required and upload Invoices to the relevant platform. Provide reception duties as require i.e. Phone and door Coordinate and liaise internally and externally with Transport & Planning teams.

About you

Good Computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and on own. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication skills.
