Key Responsibilities:
Day to day running of operations within the business
Working closely with our directors to drive business growth
Oversee and improve customer support/after sales care
Inventory management/quality control of stock
Extensive product knowledge following training provided, to best assist customers in store
Involvement in e-commerce fulfillment, including packing and shipping orders
To create and implement processes to improve performance
Person specification
Highly focused/driven
IT skills required
Experience preferred but not required
Professional in appearance and presentation
Sales skills/experience
The ability to work independently when required as well as being proactive
Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and help them to find the product that best meets their need
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested
