Accountabilities & Responsibilities, your day-to-day role. We will not bullet point, to the point of forgetting why the job is so great - this is just to give you an idea.
Take orders and process sales from customers via phone, email, and shop
Create customer orders in system - utilising Shopify POS or directly into our ERP system
Manage order delivery dates in line with customer expectations so we are planning despatch of orders within Warehouse Operational capacity
Maximise in month sales through stock allocation
Produce required paperwork for Export orders
Work alongside Warehouse Operations team to ensure customer deliveries are met
Arrange and book delivery and transport for export customers or large items
Develop Product Knowledge to answer customer queries
Produce and follow up on customer quotes to ensure maximum conversion rates
Answer telephone calls, deal with queries, resolve customer issues.
Ability to manage complaints and complex customer calls, through to resolution (missing items, processing credit, etc).
About You
Experience in providing excellent customer service
Pottery or Sculpting knowledge is a big advantage
Strong communication skills
PC literacy
Professionalism - Exhibits a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Adaptability - Able to cope with changing demands and priorities
Teamwork - Works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment
Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle workload effectively
Desire to learn and develop, keen to find better ways to do things.
