About You:
We are looking for a person than delivers exceptional customer service, enjoys working in a busy fast paced environment. You will be a team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences. The desired candidate will be responsible, reliable, punctual and fun.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer telephone calls
Respond to e-mail correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
Process customer returns and exchanges
Respond to Trust Pilot customer reviews
Processing telephone orders
Monitor Amazon feedback across all platforms
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Fully computer literate
Good organisational skills
Reliability and dependability
Strong commitment to achieve targets and overcome challenges, always providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for our customers.
The ability to work well in a team, and achieve team and individual goals.
