Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through efficient data entry. Provide detailed product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify trends and suggest improvements. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively. Support the organisation's goals by maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Organised, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
