JOB SUMMARY

We are a bridal accessory designer and wholesaler based in Tamworth. Our main customer base is bridal retail shops. We are looking for someone who is confident and professional to join our team that can work independently and be a great team player. The applicant must be confident to speak to customers over the phone and also face to face. We also are looking for someone with good selling skills and an eye for fashion design as our retail store will be a part of your working week.

You will need to be able to work across two sites, we have our unit in Kettlebrook and our retail shop in Two Gates. The applicant will need a flexible working attitude to support the business needs where appropriate so being a driver is essential.

Here are the main duties of the job -

Taking customer orders Designing new products and helping produce in some instances. Answering the phones and dealing with customer queries. Dealing with customer queries Working in a retail environment with high customer satisfaction levels and a hunger for sales General admin duties such as processing customer orders and invoicing, prepping for despatch and credit control. Keeping the work space clean and tidy

SKILLS NEEDED

We would prefer the applicant to have the following skills/experience -

Sewing skills or an interest to learn Customer service Sales Eye of fashion design Be computer literate Media literate Retail experience Driver - Own transport Good Telephone manor must be literate in English due to nature of job
WORKING HOURS
17 hours per week.

3 days per week to include every other Saturday. Hours have some flexibility based on the needs of the business but we are open to a suitable arrangement for the right candidate.

We are ideally looking for someone with a flexible working approach, who can cover hours as needed, overtime can be available across the year during busy periods.

HOURLY RATE

Starting 12.50 with regular reviews based on performance

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 17 per week
