Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. This position requires a proactive approach to upselling products and services while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers professionally. Experience in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele. Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not essential.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
