As the business began to grow, various divisions were formed and in 2005 the Woodworks Garden Centre was born, symbolising the growth of the company and our appreciation of nature and the environment. The Woodworks Garden Centre and Cafe are situated in the town of Mold, right in the heart of the North Wales borderlands.
What's this role about?
The Woodworks Garden Centre & Cafe have an exciting opportunity for a part time Customer Service Assistant to join the team on a seasonal contract working during weekends only.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers to provide a fantastic customer experience and promote our reputation as a destination of choice.
What will I be doing?
In this role you will be the first face our customers see and provide them with efficient and effective service to maximise sales and increase revenue by processing sales, answering any queries and demonstrating a great knowledge of our product range.
You will learn lots of information about our products, which include giftware, furniture and plants. You will also be involved in creating well-presented retail displays, so a flare for creativity and an eye for detail will be useful.

Confident dealing with people and good interpersonal skills
Capably of heavy duties manual handling responsibilities
Good communication both written and spoken
Able to handle multiple tasks and enquiries calmly and decisively
An eye for detail and a desire to deliver great service
Works well as part of a team and is adaptable and flexible
Processes orders efficiently
Previous experience in retail environment would be beneficial
Positive and solution focussed
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
