Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems.
Provide detailed product or service information, addressing customer concerns effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Analyse customer feedback and interaction patterns to suggest improvements in service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure consistent service quality.
Assist in training new team members on communication protocols and data management procedures.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in both English and Spanish, are highly advantageous.
