Customer Service Team based in Widnes.

Hours 08.00-17.30 Mon-Fri

As part of our Customer Service Team, you'll be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers receive the

highest standard of service

while working closely with our suppliers too.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and quotations--delivering a friendly, professional service

? Managing and building relationships with customers and couriers to ensure we deliver on time, every time.

? Monitoring deliveries, updating customers, and resolving any issues quickly and effectively

? Ensuring accurate data entry for frictionless invoicing and account management

What We're Looking For:

A
