About the Role

We're looking for energetic and friendly

Customer Service Assistants

to join our petrol station team. This role is about more than just operating the till -- you'll be the

face of our business

, making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Be a

customer service Assistant

- greet customers warmly, assist with queries, and go the extra mile Operate the till accurately and handle cash/card payments confidently Promote offers and upsell products in a polite and professional way Keep the shop floor, bakery, and forecourt stocked, clean, and safe Prepare and serve bakery items, ensuring freshness at all times Complete cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment Represent Shell brand by wearing a clean uniform and professional appearance Support your team and contribute to smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

A natural people-person with excellent communication skills Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm Retail, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential - full training provided) Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
