Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
Handle transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, including upselling where appropriate
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions
Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and stock levels according to company standards
Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all communications
Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality
Skills
Multilingual ability, particularly fluency in English and either polish or Romanian is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent time management to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional demeanour when interacting with customers
Upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities without compromising service quality
Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation
Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
